Common Good Community Acupuncture uniquely and affordably provides group acupuncture experiences to you and yours!

After filling out consent paperwork, guests remove their shoes, take a seat in our circle of chairs, and rolls up pants/sleeves. I speak with each person briefly, apply the pins, and leave them to rest. They retain the pins for 20-60 minutes. After the pins are removed, the next person comes to occupy that seat.. and on and on! Nobody is left naked and alone in a room. Your guests benefit from the collective energy of healing together!

Pop Up Acupuncture Clinic Group Treatments

Time line
Please plan with us as far out as possible.
We are booking events and private group treatments up to 6 months in advance.
The minimum amount of time for scheduling is 10 days, though you may inquire with less notice on the off-chance that we are able to accommodate you.

Seating
4 standard size zero gravity recliner chairs, which can accommodate up to 300 lbs each.

2 chairs that can accommodate up to 500 lbs each and are 33" wide.

You have the option to use your own chairs, in-house recliners, folding chairs, blanket or yoga mat on the floor. It is ideal that the whole body can be supported or have access to a foot rest, but not necessary.

Location Options
1. You reserve private time at our clinic, off-hours from normal operations. We can accommodate events at any hour! This is the most affordable option, as I do not need to travel to you or transport my supplies. Everything is ready to go and waiting for your guests to fill the space. You are welcome to bring refreshments, and we have a small kitchenette on-site. Depending on the time of day or volume of people that you expect, there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the clinic that your guests may wish to visit before coming over.

2. We come to you. This could be anywhere (within reason).
- Place of work - Office, studio, hospital,
- Your home
- Event space or venue location
- Street fair or health fair
- Community garden
- Destination location (yoga retreat, beach, farm, etc)

Please keep in mind we use zero-gravity chairs to treat guests, which are clunky and heavy. This way, your participants can fully relax. However, any other kind of chair you may have on-site is possible to use- just not ideal and not as enjoyable! An elevator and/or a second set of hands would be very helpful for loading in supplies.
I will need to be able to unload at the closest entrance door of your location, and I will need somewhere near by to park my vehicle. If that is not possible, you will be responsible for compensating transportation fees (Uber XL or Lyft XL) to and from the event.

Your location needs to be free of external distractions such as wandering pets and/or children. It should also be secure - The public should not able to walk in and interrupt. If outdoors, we will need a confirmation of good weather, a shaded area out of direct sunlight (or tent), and expectation of low-insect interaction.

We do not recommend drinking alcohol before receiving a treatment and do not treat people who are visibly intoxicated as it is a matter of consent and safety. Acupuncture is relaxing and calm, not a good fit for raucous parties!

Rates
For pop-up events, we charge by the hour, not per person. This way, you can reserve an hour of my time at my clinic or at your location with straight forward pricing. I treat a minimum of 2 people per hour or a maximum of 6. The quality of the treatment and amount of attention per person stays consistent, regardless! The fee per hour includes our typical new patient paperwork fee ($10 each).

CGA location: $300 per hour, 10% discount of more than 2 hours.

Off-site at your location: $400 per hour

Travel fee, per hour: $100 (gas is included. If applicable, parking and tolls are additional fee)

HUGE events: (treat 12 people per hour, up to 60 people in 5 hours) I can hire an additional acupuncture provider at double the rates listed. We would require support in acquiring additional chairs.

5 Needle Protocol - up to 10 patients per hour - Hosted at our clinic or your location:
$150 per hour
+ transport/gas/tolls/parking if applicable
+ Travel fee of +$50 applies if traveling more than 45 minutes in one direction
This is ear acupuncture for groups who may benefit from acupuncture created to help with nervous system regulation, stress, PTSD, trauma, systemic violence, and substance use recovery support. It is offered at a lower price because I can often work much faster, and do not need to transport zero gravity chairs.

Payment

Invoice will be sent day-of event or before, with receipts for expenses sent within 1 week.

50% deposit due at time of booking confirmation
Check, cash, Venmo, and Zelle accepted for deposit

50% due upon my arrival to the event or your arrival to the clinic
Check, cash, Venmo, and major credit cards accepted for day-of event remaining balance

Tipping is not customary for this service and not expected, but should you feel inspired, we graciously accept and appreciate additional monetary offerings. Moreso, we cherish recommendations and promotion via your social media avenues, sharing our business card, and word of mouth!

Cancellation Policy, Rescheduling Policy
We understand things come up last minute, and will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. However, we are also a very small team running on a shoe-string budget! For that reason, we have these policies in place. Please schedule mindfully to reduce the back-and-forth logistics of date shuffling! Upon confirming your event, we have paperwork for you to sign that agrees to these policies and fees. It helps maintain the health of our time, energy, and small business. Rescheduling

Depending on the logistics and volume of people expected, we can modify the time of your event's start time an hour or two for free a maximum of 2 times, depending on my availability. Any time modifications requests after 2 changes will incur a $100 fee.

You are able to reschedule the date up to 14 days before your event for free.
Within 13-7 days a $40 fee applies at time of rescheduling
Within 7-1 days a $100 fee applies at time of rescheduling

Cancellation

Cancel up to 14 days of your event for free
Any cancellation made within14 days of your event receives a 50% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation made within 7 days of your event relinquishes 100% deposit.
